Project Management Assistance with Black House Seven- Bigelow Project

To assist Reagan Leslie of Black House Seven and The Leslie Tyler Design Firm, on a proof-of-concept house renovation project, I created, remotely managed and consistently updated a shared Google Sheets that captured the many moving parts of a home design and restoration project. The house on Bigelow is especially complex due to the financial and time constraints, as well as legal parameters around its current and future uses.

Though assisting remotely, I had the honor of planning the long-term garden and land use designs, as well as beginning the planting in the front of the house. The garden(s) will be mostly maintained by me for the following year, with heavy use of propagations and permaculture practices to keep costs at a minimum.

The project management assistance of this particular project continues to be utilized by Black House Seven, though other assistance for this large project had to be handed off as I chose to prioritize schooling. Hence, the nature of this assistance has been remote, seasonal and focused on the interior and landscape sustainability of the project only.
